Cleveland residents are about to get an extra incentive to recycle -- if they don't, their trash bins will tattletale and they'll be slapped with a $100 fine. The city is starting a new program that features trash bins embedded with microchips.
AP - The Associated Press-GfK Poll on the Gulf oil spill was conducted by GfK Roper Public Affairs and Corporate Communications from Aug. 11-16, 2010. It is based on landline and cell phone telephone interviews with a nationally representative random sample of 1,007 adults. Interviews were conducted with 706 respondents on landline telephones and 301 on cellular phones.
